What payment method can I use to make my purchase?
Accepted payment methods are Credit Card (Vista and Mastercard), American Express and PayPal.
Can I obtain an invoice in the name of my company?
Of course. Send us an e-mail to info@rocamood.com with your billing information and we will send you the invoice by email.
Are the items included in the bag automatically reserved?
No, including an item in the bag does not guarantee its reservation or availability. There are items in high demand that may be sold out before you complete the purchase even though they were available when you added them to your bag.
Where do I add my discount code?
On the Bag/Shopping Cart page, you will see “Do you have a promo code/coupon?” in Order Summary . You can enter the code here before proceeding to checkout. If the code does not work, check that it was spelled correctly and that no extra spaces or characters were added. Please note that promotional codes last for a certain time.
