What locations do you ship to?

We ship to all of Europe. If you live in Madrid, we recommend the pick-up option at the studio at C/ Pizarro, 19 (Malasaña).

You can make an appointment to come to the studio here.

How will my package be delivered and how long does delivery take?

We offer Express delivery (1-2 days) for Spain or standard delivery (2-6 days) for the rest of Europe.

Please note that for "on demand" products, it takes us 2-3 weeks to have the finished product. At that time, it will take 48 hours to reach the destination in the case of the Peninsula and 2-6 days for the Islands or Europe.

How do I track the status of my order?

While your order is being packaged and processed, you will see “In Progress” in your Order History. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a “shipping confirmation” email to let you know it is ready and the expected delivery time. This will include a tracking link for your package, so you can track its shipping progress via Correos Express.

Can I make any changes to my order now that it has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to modify/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address but you can always contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to help you in any way we can as long as the shipment has not been shipped.
